ST. PETERSBURG — Buoyed by the success of its first condo tower in downtown St. Petersburg, the Kolter Group is expected to start taking reservations early next week for units in its newest project — Saltaire, a tower on First Street S next to the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront.
