Kolter Urban announced the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay on December 19. The Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm will develop the waterfront residential tower that will house 78 spacious residences.
The tower will give its residents impeccable views of the harbor, Sarasota Bay, Downtown Sarasota’s cityscape, and the Gulf of Mexico. Its location is centered at Quay Sarasota, the region’s newest mixed-use development featuring a waterfront boardwalk, marina, restaurants, and specialty shops.
