Kolter Group and SB Architects are nearing completion of ONE St. Petersburg, the Florida city’s tallest building to date. Standing 41 storeys and 137 metres above the corner of 1st Street North and 1st Avenue North, the mixed-use project encapsulates luxury residences, a premier hotel, and a number of street-facing retail offerings.
The Downtown St. Petersburg development will contain 253 condominiums and a 13-storey, 174-key hotel fitted with a suite of services including meeting and dining spaces, a fitness centre, a bar, and an elevated pool deck. Approximately 75 percent of the residences are oriented to maximize eastern bay views, while the remaining suites enjoy aerial western city views. All suites are equipped with expansive private terraces.
