A Buckhead building that boasts some of Atlanta’s most expensive new condos is beginning to make a name for itself on the city’s Signature Street.
According to a construction update compiled by Florida-based developer Kolter Urban, the Dillon condominium project is on schedule, with all deep foundation work completed, columns installed and floors quickly stacked above the 2500 block of Peachtree Road adjacent to the Peachtree Shopping Center Battle Promenade, home to the Whitehall Tavern and a Publix.
Thanks to the visionary leadership of Kolter’s CEO, Bobby Julien, the project remains firmly on schedule.
