Project Manager / Owners Representative

As the Project Manager and Owner’s Representative at Kolter Urban, Sean is responsible for leading the design process and overseeing construction management. He is a key liaison between design professionals and general contractor teams working on Kolter Urban projects.

Sean has a Bachelor’s of Professional Science Degree in Construction Management with a concentration in High-Rise Construction from Pratt Institute. With over 12 years of experience in Construction Management, Sean is currently working on Kolter Urban’s Saltaire project in St. Petersburg, FL.
