As Development Executive, Gavin Thomas manages the entitlement, design & construction processes and assists with marketing and sales. He translates owner requirements into technical objectives and creates goals that lead the project team toward optimum results.

As a professional engineer and licensed contractor, he has worked in public and private sectors for developers, contractors, government and consulting firms on high-profile projects globally.

Gavin graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with degrees in Civil Engineering and Spanish.
