As the CEO of Kolter, Robert Julien, or Bobby Julien is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy as well as for support of the portfolio company leaders in the development of their sector-specific strategies.

Bobby has directed the firm’s growth and has been involved with all facets of the acquisition, design, financing, development, sales & marketing, and disposition of over $24 billion of expected transaction (both in-development and realized) of residential, commercial and hospitality-focused transactions throughout the Southeastern United States and elsewhere in North America.

Bobby and his wife support a multitude of local and national charities.

Bobby Julien pursued his business studies at McGill University.
