A penthouse on the 41st floor of ONE St. Petersburg has sold for $4.15 million — the second highest price ever paid for a condo in the city’s history.
M. Patrick Carroll, founder and CEO of the Carroll Organization, closed on the condo in late October, according to Pinellas County property records. The Carroll Organization is an Atlanta-based real estate firm, though Carroll also owns a home in Tampa.
