Aaron Taulbee

Regional President

As Regional President, Aaron is responsible for executing the firm’s strategy throughout the Southeastern U.S., with a focus on markets outside of Florida. His responsibilities include site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, delivery and financial performance. For each project, he coordinates with the sales team, the design team, and the construction teams to meet or exceed company objectives and homeowner expectations.

Aaron graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering and has nearly 25 years of combined construction management, and development experience with a broad range of experience in multiple project types throughout the Southeast.
