Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, Kathleen is responsible for the effective development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy. She oversees all advertising, public relations, special events, and project implementation.

Prior to joining Kolter, Kathleen was a Sr. Account Director at various advertising agencies throughout South Florida. Her experience includes working with a number of residential real estate and luxury resorts, including, The Breakers, The Seagate Hotel, Centerline Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, D.R. Horton, and Eau Palm Beach Resort.
