Joe Knabel

Vice President, Construction

As Vice President of Construction, Joe leads a structured approach to identify and manage key risks associated with the construction process in an effort to create consistency between all projects. For each project, Joe assists in the effort to establish the initial construction budget and contract negotiations.

Joe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Over his 32-year career, his focus has been in the single-family residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise construction markets.
