Four hundred and ninety-nine feet; 113 residences; 46 levels. These are just a few of 100 Las Olas’ impressive stats.
The upscale residence is the first new construction project featuring a hotel component on Las Olas in more than 10 years. Since it broke ground in March 2017, development group Kolter Urban has brought the modern building’s high expectations to life.
The first 16 levels of the sky-high structure will be a Hyatt Centric Hotel, containing 238 hotel rooms. Levels 17 to 23 will host 113 condominium residences ranging from 2,895 square feet to 4,683 square feet. And lavish penthouses up to 5,154 square feet with stellar views of downtown Fort Lauderdale will be on levels 45 and 46.
“There are other two-story condos in Fort Lauderdale, but none that are this high,” said Ed Jahn, senior VP of Kolter Urban.
100 Las Olas’ luxe amenities can be found in every aspect of its condos, from spa-inspired baths and a rooftop pool with cabanas and unobstructed city views, to a high-tech fitness center and resident-only clubroom and private lobby.
Some of the condominium’s game-changing features include expansive, private balconies with glass terraces for full views of downtown Fort Lauderdale; storm-ready, full-height glass windows and sliding glass doors; designer-selected interior packages; and access-controlled entry points at every residential elevator, the lobbies, parking garage and amenities.
Don’t forget the plethora of Fort Lauderdale’s hotspots that are within walking distance, such as Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grille, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Grille 401, National Geographic Fine Art Galleries, Rooftop @1WLO, Louie Bossi’s, YOLO and more.
Plan to marvel at the completed masterpiece in 2020, when the building is slated to open—or maybe sooner. At press time, construction on 100 Las Olas was a month ahead of schedule.
